This rack is built with all new components and undergoes a rigorous quality check and performance testing before shipment. Easy bolt-in installation on 1998-2002 models. Steering rack can be retrofit in 1993-1999 vehicles that came from the factory with an LT1 (gen III small block) or V6 engines - for upgrade over stock factory 2.63 turns lock-to-lock steering ratio (must be used with factory LS1 steering shaft).
