Order History/Tracking:
You can view your order history, check the status of your order, and track your order by logging into My Account and viewing your orders
Once you click the My Account icon at the top of the screen you can select "Orders Details" on an individual order to view shipping status of each item within the order and tracking information associated with those items.
Shipping
Super Shops offers free shipping on orders totaling over $100.
- FREE shipping promotions offered applied to orders shipped via "Ground Shipping Methods" ONLY to the contiguous US on orders over $100
- FREE shipping is excluded on clearance parts, oversized packages, and items shipped via Truck freight (LTL) service
- Please Note: Super Shops ship orders only to valid US addresses and cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO
- Shipping & Handling and Sales Tax are charged. where applicable
- Shipping & Handling and Sales Tax will be calculated at time of Checkout once Shipping Information has been entered
- If your order does not meet UPS / FedEx ship requirements it will ship LTL (via Truck Freight) carrier and will be subject applicable charges accordingly
- Shipments are processed Monday through Friday from 8AM to 4PM CST (excluding Holidays)
- Orders received outside of normal shipment hours will be processed on the next business day
