New Unused Product Returns:
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If an item purchased from Supershops.com within (90) days form the purchase date and that product does not meet your expectations, you may return the new, unused part for a refund or exchange. The product being returned must be unused, in the original packaging / manufacturer's box and the package will be required to be sent freight prepaid (at purchaser's expense).
Steps to Process Return:
- Complete the return form included with your shipment and place it inside your return package
- Attach the address label to the outside of the package
- Please take time to remove all previous visible tracking or delivery labels. NOTE: Do not modify the shipping label other than adding your return address
- Returns must be postmarked within (90) days of your receipt of the product

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Product Returns:
Super Shops will cover the shipping costs related to the handling of returned product that was received by the consumer as incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective.
If you were sent an incorrect, damaged or otherwise defective product, please contact Customer Service at (502) 213-5832 or email [email protected] and request a UPS pick-up or return label for the return of the product.
Items to Expect:
Upon arrival of the returned product back to Super Shops
- Super Shops’ determination that the returned product is new and unused, incorrect, damaged or defective
- Super Shops will issue a refund back to the credit card used on the original transaction.
If, during inspection, Super Shops determines that the returned product was used, correctly shipped, undamaged or not defective, Super Shops will return the product back to the original shipping address (freight collect) and the requested refund will not be issued back to your credit card.
