The Hilborn EFI-R injector manifold kits combine the technology of Electronic Fuel Injection with the racing born performance and aggressive looks of Individual-Runner engine induction. Hilborn Injector manifolds are a true individual runner (IR) manifold, providing the best all-around power output and drivability of any other induction system. A true IR does not suffer from the disruptive cylinder to cylinder reversion pulses associated with a common plenum intake or IR manifolds with a plenum chamber. These pulses promote fuel separation from the air carrier, the slowing of air movement in the manifold, and the inability to realize engine potential due to poor cylinder fill and burn characteristics in the combustion chamber. However, the IR design of the HILBORN manifold isolates these pulses, allowing the engine to make more bottom end torque, have increased throttle response and, most importantly, to accelerate faster. Most applications will also see a significant increase in top end power. Elimination of these reversion pulses is also responsible for our excellent low speed drivability, even with aggressive camshafts.

The engine valley covers are sold separate to allow the customer to choose the correct valley cover kit based on the engine deck-height, 300-802 - Std. 9.800-inch height or 300-803 - Tall 10.200-inch.
What's included:
Cast aluminum intake manifold with eight 3.00" individual throttle bodies (ITBs).
Two aluminum fuel rails with fittings mounted on custom brackets are included, choose your own fuel injectors based on your Chevy's needs.
Three wire throttle position sensor (TPS)
Linkage between the throttle bodies. The required valley cover, which is sold separately based on your engine's deck height, includes the cross-link to tie the two banks of ITB linkage together.
A remote thermostat housing and fittings for the coolant crossover, just add your own lines accordingly.
Vacuum kit
A synchrometer for optimizing throttle body butterflies.
No control unit is included, allowing you to choose the unit you want based on the features you need
Optional ram tubes or velocity stacks are also available for tuning of runner lengths for performance or to get that classic vintage Hilborn mechanical fuel injection look.

- The injector manifold throttle cross-over link appropriate to the engine deck height and throttle shaft center to center distance is included in the valley cover kit
- The machined valley cover provides two -10AN O-ring sealed ports, these ports can be used for crankcase breathers, installation of a dry sump oil scavenge pick-up, or an oil fill location
- The Hilborn Big Block valley covers are intended for use with a set of Hilborn EFI-R injection manifolds but these valley covers could also be used as part of a custom induction system being built

- Large 3.00-inch butterflies provide maximum airflow and are recommended for maximum performance or race only applications.
- Street/strip applications should consider the 2-7/16 PN 300-800 or 2-5/8 butterfly size PN 300-801
- Some applications may require changes to throttle linkage ratios for increased throttle tip in control
- Converging tract design provides increased air speed for maximum cylinder fill
- High injector placement helps to optimize fuel conditioning for a dramatic increase in engine acceleration rate
