Direct replacement for the black rubber flaps used in SPAL fan shrouds like SPAL #30102052. Rubber flaps are used on radiator fan shrouds to ensure proper air flow. When you are driving down the road and the fan is not in use, the air has to escape to provide proper flow. These rubber flaps do that be flapping open under those conditions. When the fan is operating they shut and that helps make sure there is sufficient air flow being drawn through by the fan. If you have any that are missing or damaged they need to be replaced. Sold individually.
