These billet aluminum units facilitate quick oil warm up. Opening starts at 160° F (71.1C) and they are fully open at 180° F (82.2C). Comes with optional spacer for accommodate multiple engine block castings.

Fits most Chevrolet V8's with spin-on oil filter. 1968-2000 Small Block Chevy and 1968-1990 Big Block Chevy. NOTE: some 1990 and later may have metric threads. Will not accommodate metric center posts. Mount between the oil filter mounting boss and the oil filter itself.
