The CURT adjustable channel mount hitch step adds functionality and convenience to any truck, van or SUV. It features a highly versatile design, a heavy-duty steel construction and a safe, dependable step up into your vehicle. The CURT folding hitch step is engineered to attach to any CURT adjustable channel mount. The channel system allows for easy height adjustment to accommodate virtually any size vehicle. With the hitch step attached to the channel mount, it can be inserted into any 2" or 2-1/2" receiver hitch opening on the front of rear of the vehicle (channel mount sold separately). Having the adjustable hitch step on the rear provides a safe, convenient stepping surface for accessing the truck bed or trunk / cargo area. Having the hitch step on the front of the vehicle allows for easier access when working under the hood. When the hitch step is not in use, it can easily be folded up and out of the way to avoid unnecessary obstructions. The CURT folding hitch step is perfect for work trucks, delivery vehicles, commercials vans and much more. It features a textured surface with raised metal treads for a non-skid step, and it is constructed from cast steel for reliable strength. To face any job in any season, it comes with a durable carbide black powder coat finish for long-lasting rust, chip and UV protection.
