The channel measures 11-3/4 inches tall and features multiple holes to allow for flexible height adjustment and leveling of your trailer. It is designed to accept a CURT SecureLatch lunette ring with a 2-3/4-inch width (#48626 sold separately). The holes are 2-3/4 inches apart horizontally and 2 inches apart vertically. This lunette ring trailer channel is constructed from cast iron and has a raw finish to be ready to weld onto a trailer tongue. The iron is austempered, a process that increases the strength and wear resistance of the metal. The channel is tested for a max gross trailer weight of 40,000 pounds.
