Designed multiple motorsports applications, especially oval track and road course, using a 6-series ignition, the DiamondFIRE High Output CD Coil is specially engineered to work with the DiamondFIRE 6CDI capacitive discharge ignition system. The design of the E-core and the use of heavy guage windings produce a high voltage step up transformer to ensure the fastest possible delivery of the most energy to the spark plug.
