Bolt On More Power
BBK shorty headers are designed for direct bolt-on performance to the existing stock exhaust system. BBK header systems are CAD designed and manufactured with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestricted airflow and a one piece laser cut 3/8" flange for added strength and durability. The durable ceramic coated finish holds in heat for more power and reduced underhood temperatures.

Designed to Perform
BBK Impala SS headers have shown have shown significant rear wheel horsepower increases on the dyno and offer distinctive quality that guarantees many years of top performance. Each exhaust header kit comes complete with gaskets hardware and installation instructions. BBK headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.
