Extract maximum power from your LT1 V8 with these Titanium Ceramic BBK Performance full length headers. BBK Performance full length headers will increase your exhaust flow giving you additional horsepower and torque. These long tube headers will help give your engine a throaty exhaust note. The durable ceramic coated finish holds in heat for more power and reduced underhood temperatures.

Top Quality Construction
BBK Performance full length headers are made from 1-7/8" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges. The full length primary tube design creates unrestricted and balanced airflow for ultimate horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.

Installation
These full length headers are designed for easy Installation with the required midpipe kit (BBK40441 or BBK40442), however some minor cutting and welding of the factory pipes is required for installation. As with any long tube header installation, custom tuning is recommended for optimum results and to prevent check engine lights.
