Nothing's more frustrating than a leaking oil pan gasket. Cometic oil pan gaskets feature Kevlar® composite construction to ensure maximum sealing. They are available for all types and sizes of engines, making them perfect for a high performance or stock engine rebuild. Cometic's AFM gasket material is a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core with temperature resistance of over 2500F. AFM material has an 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. AFM does not require gasket sealers or silicone bead. Re-torque is not required.
