This alternator plug-pigtail incorporates a Weather Pack style seal and an in-line resistor that allows, but does not require, a charge light in this exciter circuit. The exciter wire is blacked out as it leaves the alternator plug, so that little bit of wire going into your flex loom isn't as noticeable.

Features:

  • Compatible with GM alternators with a 4 Pin oval connector
  • Weather Pack style seal
  • In-line 560 ohm, 1/2 watt resistor that allows but does not require a charge light
  • 8 ft. length
  • Needs to be terminated to a switched 12v source that is "on" while the engine is running.
