This HEI distributor is a street/strip version. It has a built-in 50,000 volt coil with a magnetic trigger and features a red distributor cap. Designed to fit AMC 290-401 engines. Unit is made from high quality cast aluminum material and features a natural finish. Made from 100 percent new components. Easy to install: just connect one 12-volt hot wire to the distributor.
