This sliding tether is the black nylon strap that goes behind the head through the two guides screwed into the back of the Hans III device and attaches to the helmet on either side. It is designed for quick click helmet anchors, and has loops in the end of the strap that the connectors attach to. Includes the strap, two strap guides and 4 screws. This is the standard length which is 18 inches. There are also Extra Short 16 inch, Short 17 inch and Long 19 inch styles available. Sold individually.

Do not confuse this with the post anchor style sliding tether. The post anchor style has metal connectors attached to the strap itself which the click over the posts on the helmet. This is for HANS III devices only, use only the sliding tether that is correct for your style of device.
