Replacement Magnetic Base (ONLY) used with Dial Indicator is a necessity when degreeing a camshaft, checking crankshaft end play, deck heights, dome heights, transmission end play or ring and pinion backlash. Universal magnetic base may be mounted anywhere. Shockproof dial indicator has 1" of travel in .001" increments.
