This bracket mounts using the rear inner (4.25 in. center-to-center) carburetor mounting bolt holes. If your intake only has provisions for the outboard holes (5.25 in. center-to-center), this will not work. May require a 1/2 in. spacer to clear factory intake. Measure for clearance prior to installation.
