Housing kit fits the 1978-1988 intermediate chassis. Replace a stock 7.5 in. rear-end with the much stronger 9 in. style. Kit includes a new fabricated center section, new axle tubes with large bearing late Torino style-ends, 31-spline axles with bearings and seals installed, drilled for studs with 5 on 4-1/2 in. or 5 on 4-3/4 in. bolt circles. Choose from two widths, 58 in. and 60 in. axle flange to axle flange.
