TCI Transbrake kits allow your transmission to develop maximum torque converter stall for quicker reaction and more consistent 60 foot times. A transbrake does not allow a vehicle to roll neither forward nor backward when pressing the accelerator, this allows the engine to rev as high as the torque converter stall develop. Upon releasing the brake, power is immediately transferred to the rear tires, resulting in less parts breakage than with a manual transmission.
